Our Story

My name is Angela, and I’m the middle of 7 kids; 6 girls and 1 boy (YES). I was born and raised in Los Angeles, California.  My Mother, Tempie, was a seamstress and, with 6 girls, it was imperative you learned how to sew, what fabrics are best for what season, and how an outfit should conform to the wearer. From purchasing clothing and tailoring those items to fit the buyer or custom making clothing, we did it all; Wedding dresses and wedding party bridesmaids to Prom and all special occasions; keeping with tradition and modern times, Angie’s Curvaceous Boutique is born. As teens, we modeled and participated in special events, living and breathing fashion.
